Questions About Fees
Application Fee
An application fee of THB 3,000 per child must be paid when submitting the application form. Please note that this fee is non-refundable. Once a place has been offered, parents are required to complete and return the Acceptance Form. A child’s place will only be confirmed after the first term’s fees have been paid in full and all required documents have been submitted. The school reserves the right to withdraw the offer if payment is not received or is delayed.
Book Fee
Beginning with the 2026–27 academic year, the Books Fee is included in the General Fee. Any additional books can be purchased from the school office at the published rate
Accident Insurance
Beginning with the 2026–27 academic year, general accident insurance is included in the General Fee. Students who have paid the General Fee are automatically covered, with no additional charges
General Fee
Beginning with the 2026–27 academic year, all students are required to pay a General Fee. This fee covers the student ID card, regular uniforms, one elective of choice, field trips, and general accident insurance.
Are meals provided by the school?
Healthy and nutritious meals will be provided at school. The annual charge for Foundation class students is 16,500 THB, while all other year levels will be charged 16,000 THB per year.
Refundable Deposit
A one-time Security Deposit of 20,000 THB is required. This deposit will be refunded upon graduation, provided all outstanding bills and liabilities have been settled.
School Fees
The fees cover all mandatory tuition and access to the library. Additional after-school lessons or clubs are available for an extra charge. The fees do not cover school uniforms and physical education kits, laptops or other IT devices, extra tuition, external examination fees, residential trips, or off-site visits. Fees are payable in advance on a term-by-term basis: 50% of the annual tuition fee is due before Term 1, 25% before Term 2, and the remaining 25% before Term 3.
Mini-van service
The school offers a mini-van service for students, providing transport between home and school. The fee for this service varies depending on the distance; please contact the school office for details. An additional pick-up service is available to collect children from home and bring them to school. This service carries a minimum charge of 4,000 THB per month per child, with the exact fee determined by the home location. The availability of the mini-van service is subject to operational considerations, including having a sufficient number of students within a given area.
